The number and frequency of follow-up visits will depend on the severity of the condition being treated, how long you've had it, your vitality and your commitment to getting better. For example, a serious illness such as a respiratory illness or the flu may only require one or two visits. Addressing the health problems of older conditions may require a series of visits spread over several months.

Langley Education Center - Langley is a special science academy focused on the environment. The new building promotes sustainability, which includes collecting rainwater in a central tank to flush the water. As a result of the planning, the school achieved one of the lowest carbon dioxide emission classifications among the schools built in the City Academies program.

In the spirit of the Government Academy Program, Langley aims to raise academic standards by reinventing the school experience. Supported by the Arbib Foundation, the school serves 1,150 students aged 11 to 18 and introduces an innovative curriculum that includes unusual subjects such as forensic medicine. The building itself is part of the learning experience, articulating the educational themes of scientific research, curating museums and sports: scientific laboratories are explored; scientific chronicling and display of exposed services and building energy consumption; and the visual connection with the playing field creates an intimate connection between the inside and the outside.

At the heart of the Academy is a large, open, flexible entrance atrium, which serves as a venue for gatherings, as well as for displaying loaned museum exhibits and school work – students are encouraged to learn about exhibition curation through hands-on experience of putting together exhibitions. exhibitions. Inside the atrium are three yellow drums, raised above the floor on circular pillars. This two-story pod houses the Academy's ten scientific laboratories and, by presenting their activities, reinforces the importance of science education. Also visible is the factory room, with a digital display behind a glass panel in the atrium where students can monitor energy use – an environmental feature of the building that saves 20 percent of water consumption and approximately 150 tons of carbon dioxide per year compared to traditional academies.

Langley Idea Summit

Langley is a form-based Academy, with classrooms arranged around two "fingers" that extend from the atrium and enclose an inner courtyard for art and IT, and define and protect an outer playground. The classrooms are highly flexible to support a wide range of formal and informal learning methods and provide spaces that the community can adapt for use outside of school hours. The special sports and culture block next to the atrium contains special music and drama facilities: a fully equipped theatre, TV and sound studio, practice hall, sports hall and lecture hall. The exterior of the Academy is clad in sustainably sourced wood panels that naturally range from orange to silver and harmonize with the horizontal and vertical arrangement of the wooden plinth.
